A little summary about me

My name is Gabriel Espinoza. I've been doing software and web development for some years now. In 2022, I earned a B.S. in Computer Science from The City College of New York. During my journey as an academic student I had the opportunity to explore various fields in technology and its concepts. This experience expanded my understanding of technology, serving as a significant motivation for me to complete my degree and pursue a career in Software Engineering.

Earlier this year I completed a virtual internship at Skillful.ly where I learned about the fundamentals of tech consulting and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Additionally, I recently completed a Software Engineer Internship at Miren, where I conducted a penetration test and developed a Census Tract API. My experience at Miren was very positive, as it give me the opportunity to collaborate with others and work in production code. In addition, it allowed me to explore the field of Cybersecurity.

My current interest includes full-stack development, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity. As technology is always evolving I see myself as a lifelong student. I’m always motivated to continue learning and growing in my field. I’m excited to explore new opportunities, collaborate, and learn from others in the tech field.

Apart from technology I really enjoy spending time in nature. I like taking pictures of nature and wildlife. In my free time I also enjoy painting and drawing.
